Environment

In 2009 we achieved a contamination level in our recycling bins of under 5%. We recycled 22m3 of waste. These are huge totals and we hope to improve once again in 2010. Please help us by using the correct bins.
We consider the environment with the upmost importance and have many initiatives to help reduce our Carbon Footprint. For more info please ask!

Parking/Busses (FREE)

There is plenty of Car Parking around the Showgrounds. There will be FREE busses leaving the Showgrounds heading south after the event, 365/367.

Fence Jumping

We have worked closely with Police this year and if you are caught fence jumping you will be issued with a $375 fine from Police....no questions. If you are caught hanging around the fence line you will also be issued a fine. Extra security, Jump Proof Fencing and no more Mr Nice this year. Suppory the event, we dont make money. If you want this event to stay in Coffs dont Jump!

There will be a huge selection of Artist gear to buy and Open Arms gear. Plus an array of other markets selling all sorts of cool clothing

Tickets

On Sale NOW!

General is $90 plus Booking Fee and available everywhere

Unless sold out it will be $120 on the Gate

If you lose your ticket it will not be replaced

Line Up

Age Groups

This is an all age's licensed event

You must have ID. If you are asked and do not produce ID you will be denied entry.

Under the age of 15 years must have Guardian. You will not be permitted entry if you are not with a Guardian.

You must be 18 years of age or over to consume alcohol. You must produce ID to receive an 18+ wristband and again to enter the Bar areas.

Everyone must have a ticket to enter.

If you have a child under ten and wish to bring them you must inform us via above email.

Police

Police will be present at the event

Sniffer dogs may be present at this year's event

You may be searched upon entry

If you are caught fence jumping we will prosecute you this year, no more Mr Nice! The fine just isn't worth it. We have worked closly with Police. They will be having extra patrols and issuing $375 fines for Trespassing. Extra security will also be used this year.

Food and Water

No bottled water or beverage is permitted at entry. No glass. Will be searched at entry. Sandwiches and fruit are permitted.

There will be an ATM on site

Getting There

Coffs Harbour is 4.5 hours from Brisbane, 3.5 hours from the Gold Coast, 3 hours from Byron and about 5.5 hours from Sydney....just down the road really!

The showgrounds is a 5 minute walk from Coffs City Centre. Busses run regularly north and south of the showgrounds.

Weather

This event will be on.... rain, hail or shine. There will be shelter but not enough for everyone sorry. Bring a rain coat if you think you might shrink!

Do's and Don'ts

Do not bring animals

Please Do not bring Skateboards, Esky's, Camping gear, Umbrellas, Glass, Alcohol, anything studded, Fireworks, Attitude, Illicit substances, Video Recording Equipment (still cameras are ok).

Do not crowd Surf.

Please bring a huge smile and come with your Arms Open.
